Riviera Produce is a HACCP accredited facility.  HACCP is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards, so that key actions, known as Critical Control Points (CCP's) can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of food hazards. 

Because we are committed to exceeding customers' expectations with regards to food safety at Riviera Produce, we participate in a yearly 3rd party Food Safety/Distribution Center Auditing by Silliker Labs, and we employ a HACCP team trained and accredited in HACCP.
