Green Smoothie And Lemonade Recipes To Boost Your Health
We can do our best to eat right and exercise but at the end of the day, we inevitably expose ourselves daily to environmental toxins. Our bodies are able to handle some of it, but it’s best not to overwhelm our liver. It will leave you feeling sluggish, tired, and unwell. That’s when it would be a good idea to flood your digestive system with some healthy juice or smoothie to boost your energy.
Both juices and smoothies will give your digestive system the nutrients and the break it needs to deal with and recover from some of the build-up problems. Freshly made juices will provide your body with an instant nutritional boost while supporting your liver so it can do its job better. A well-blended smoothie will provide you with a great amount of fiber to clean the intestines and release toxins out of the body once processed by the liver.
When considering a cleanse, make sure to use fresh vegetables and fruits low in sugar. Too much sugar in your juices and smoothies can cause problems with yeast overgrowth in some people which is difficult to get rid of. So, consider using lots of green veggies and minimal fruits.
